#1 Don’t Skip Breakfast

#2 Eat more often

Get into the habit of eating every three to four hours or at least four times a day. Eating frequently stabilizes blood sugar, when blood sugar drops too low you want to eat…a lot. By keeping your blood sugar stable you can control your appetite and keep you metabolic rate high. When you go many hours without eating your body will compensate by slowing down to conserve energy…this effect hurts your weight loss efforts.

#3 Eat proteins at every meal

Protein will help to reduce your appetite, it takes more energy and time to digest, in effect you feel full longer than eating carbohydrates alone. Research shows that eating more protein can help you lose weight without cutting calories. "I have yet to share my story on here and would love to so here it is! This first photo is what made me decide I needed to do something about my weight...I hate to even look at it now, but it was one of the biggest days of my life (college graduation), so I will forever have it in my mind! Karen's Story:  "Here is my journey, so far. I have been on Skinny Fiber for about 8 months now. When I started this journey I was at 197 pounds, which is the heaviest I can remember being other than being pregnant. I am 5’8 and think I carry my weight proportionate with my body and if I told someone how much I weighed I always got the “ OH MY you don’t look like you weight that at all” Ok maybe I didn't look like I weighed what I weighed but I could feel it in my body. I would go on and off “diets” where I would restrict what I ate and be miserable and eventually I would have one of those no no foods and think I messed up and give up. I did this for most of my life. 
Well, one day I say a recipe for something and ending up joining a weight loss support group and the woman in there was selling this thing called Skinny Fiber. OH GOD not another diet pill.
